Warranty – The industry warranty norm for concealed body armor is five years. This is applicable for the ballistic panels of the body armor. For the concealed body armor carriers, the minimum warranty is 12 months. If your concealed body armor carries a warranty that is longer than the industry norm, then that is generally better. 4. NIJ Certification – All body armor should pass certain tests and certifications. And you should be able to find this certification on your concealed body armor. If your concealed body armor is NIJ certified, it means that it was tested to give your genuine protection and that is has passed the standards required for concealed body armor. |
